Raghavendra Reddy Bijjula is a technology-savvy professional with over 15 years of experience in the software industry. He is currently working at SAP Labs India as an Engineering & Customer Success Lead for Embedded SAC Solution. In his current role, he bridges the gap between the engineering and customer success teams, collaborating with all line of business teams of SAP to ensure positive engagement in serving their customers. Raghavendra is an intrapreneur and entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for using technology to drive innovation in diverse fields. He believes in continuous learning and collaboration through innersource and open source developments. He is energized by working on uncertain tasks and bringing them to certainty, engaging people and enhancing processes as part of continuous improvement. Prior to his current role, Raghavendra has held various positions at SAP, including Engineering Manager - People Growth and Product Development, and Associate Architect, Development Manager for onCloud and onPremise solutions. In these roles, he has been responsible for driving activities for engineering excellence and customer success, designing and developing technical flows, and engaging with different stakeholders in product development, support, and customer-facing units. Raghavendra holds an Executive Post Graduation degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, and a Diploma in Computer Science from the State Board of Technical Education and Training. He is a senior software engineer with experience in product management, product design, search, integration, and web technologies. Raghavendra is a strong believer in experimenting frequently to identify what works well for people dynamics and environmental conditions, and then turning those guidelines into ground rules for the team. He is also an Innersource evangelist and has been part of the SAP Co-innovation Lab, helping partners leverage SAP technologies and build products they envisioned.
